Application Process

FCHS Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and admittance is possible when space is available. Interviews of applicants are conducted by counselors as openings exist. We offer a traditional alternative high school in-house program and an online credit recovery program through Graduation Alliance.

For current students transferring from FHS or NFHS, please contact your current Counselor. Have your Counselor fill out and submit the Staff Referral Form. Parents/Guardians must also fill out the FCHS In-District Student Application.

Staff Referral for Admission

For NEW students living within district boundaries (in district) but not currently enrolled, please print and fill out the FCHS In-District Student Application AND print and fill out all the forms listed under FPS REQUIRED FORMS. Transcripts and discipline reports from the previous school are required.

For out-of-district students, please print and fill out the FCHS Out-Of-District Student Application AND print and fill out all the forms listed under FPS REQUIRED FORMS. Transcripts, Immunizations Record, Birth Certificate, and Discipline reports from previous schools are also required.
